A smooth and mellow rum In 1936, M. Dasilva Figueroa, Manuel Quevedo created the Ron Aldea distillery. He distinguishes with an unconventional method of distillation elaboration, the direct distillation of sugarcane juice or the “Guarapo “. Today, José Manuel Quevedo and his sister Maria Jesus Quevedo proudly perpetuate the family tradition and the craftsmanship elaboration spirit of the first rum masters.
